How should I prepare the property for photography?

  • Ensure all lights work, windows are clean, rooms are decluttered, beds are made, and personal items are stored. Remove vehicles from the driveway and secure pets. For detailed instructions, download our HOME PREPARATION GUIDE (Add link)

Do I or the homeowner need to be present during the shoot?

  • No! We can access the property via lockbox, coded entry, or property manager/assistant. Please provide access instructions when booking.

What are your photography rates? 

  • Our standard package starts at $294, covering properties up to 2,500 sq ft with unlimited photos. Larger properties and additional services are priced accordingly. For a more detailed package check this link or contact us for a detailed quote.

Do you charge travel fees? 

  • Travel fees apply for locations beyond Las Vegas & Boulder City, Nevada. 

How do I schedule a shoot? 

  • Book online through our order form in our website or call 725.288.9333. We require advance notice for all appointments.

How long does a photo shoot take? 

  • Standard shoots take between one and a half and two hours, depending on property size and services requested. 

When will I receive my photos? 

  • Photos are delivered within 24 hours for shoots completed before 5 PM. Typically by Weekend shoots are delivered next business day.

How many photos will I receive? 

  • We provide unlimited photos to all our package rates

What happens if there's bad weather? 

  • We monitor conditions and reschedule exterior/drone shots if needed. We provide blue sky replacement for cloudy conditions. Interior photos typically proceed as planned.

What's your cancellation policy? 

  • 24-hour notice required for free rescheduling. The Company does not charge a cancellation fee, but reserves the right to terminate future agreements with repeat offenders of the scheduling or cancellation policy.
